  Booking deposit

  A deposit is required when you book an appointment with us.

  Our deposits are charged at $66.00 for each hour of time required.

  The balance of your bill will be payable at the completion of your appointment.

  Appointment confirmation.

  Please confirm your booking within 12 hours of receiving our sms reminder.

  Reminders are sent out approx 3 days prior to your appointment.

 Cancellation or reschedule

  We require 48 hours notice of cancellation, or reschedule. 

  If you are unable to provide 48 hours notice your deposit becomes your cancellation charge, unless we  manage to rebook the vacated time slot, then your deposit will be credited to your account to           go towards your next salon appointment. A new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment.

  Please be mindful of what you wear to your appointment - we take all care to protect your clothing             however we do not assume responsibility for any damage or staining.

 Parking

  Secure parking station next door. On-street parking. Woolworths carpark opposite.
